WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 mins early to assure you don't miss anything!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue. Pickup will be at lobby at the Intercontinental lobby at 3:15pm.

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

Formal Attire (Black tie optional). Ladies can wear long elegant dresses or elevated cocktail dresses. We love flowing ruffles and vibrant colors. Kindly refrain from wearing white. Gentlemen should wear a tuxedo or formal dark suit.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors.

IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?

Yes, free parking is available at the venue.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they'll appear under your name when you RSVP.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

This will be an adults-only event. Please enjoy your kid free evening.

WHEN ARE RSVPS DUE?

We kindly request that you RSVP by October 1, 2024 so that we can make appropriate arrangements for our wedding.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER COLOMBIA?

Complete Migración Colombia’s Online Check-Mig Form within 72 hours of boarding your flight. There is no fee to complete the form.

Please check you passport expiration date! It must be valid at the time of entry and for the duration of your stay.

COLOMBIAN & U.S. CITIZENS

Persons who are both U.S. and Colombian citizens MUST travel with BOTH passports

ARE COVID-19 VACCINATION RECORDS REQUIRED?

Be prepared to show your physical vaccination card or digital certificate both at airline check-in and when passing through Colombian Immigration. Would also recommend having a face-mask handy just in case.

IS MEDELLIN SAFE?

Medellín is generally a safe city, and is considered one of the safest cities in Colombia. However, as with any major city around the world, it's important to please cautious and take necessary precautions.

WILL THERE BE A ROOM BLOCK?

Around high 70s during the day and mid 50s in the evening

ARE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED?

In most restaurants and businesses yes! But, you will need some cash ( street restaurants / small shops / taxis / tips etc)

IS WI-FI EASILY ACCESIBLE?

Wi-Fi is widely available in malls and most accommodations. T-Mobile users may have free 4G access, while other carriers may require a daily fee.
